Far Cry 3 : How to unlock more health and extra skills

Hey Guys,
Many of far cry 3 players don't know how to upgrade health bar. When difficulty rises in game its too hard to fight with 2 health bar. So here i posted solution for it I also showed unlock more skills to fight and stay alive.
