Overcoming bad habits
To overcome bad habits you don’t
need to have a New Year resolution instead.
Instead you can do the following
things.
Suppose you have Bad habit of not
getting up on time on first alarm then you can set your goals.
You can set your goal like you can
get up on time on first alarm snooze everyday for a month.
It usually takes 30 to 90 days to
form a habit.
Take a step daily and continuously
after the habit has been developed you won’t need to worry about getting up on
time you would automatically get on time.
As this things are easy to follow
you can try to control few habits at a time try to stop 2-3 habits at a time
and don’t get too harsh on yourself and try to stop 5-10 bad habits at a time.
I hope so this will help my target
is also to get up on first alarm without snoozing it.
